A common thread binds the various roles Hannah Jensen-Fielding has held since 2014—disability support worker, researcher, youth leader, tutor, rehabilitation consultant, and counsellor.

“I’ve always been interested – drawn – to supporting others to be their best, to move from strength to greater strength, and  to believe in themselves,” she says.

Hannah pulls together those experiences – working mostly with youth and adults, often with traumatic backgrounds or challenging behaviours – in joining Therapy Pro as a psychologist.

Hannah is available to undertake psychological assessments and deliver tailored goal-oriented therapeutic interventions, including behaviour support plans.

Some of the areas Hannah may assist with include emotional regulation, positive behaviour support, and motivation and confidence building.

She’s experienced in job preparedness support too.

Hannah is likely to draw on a mix of ‘talking’ therapies, such as cognitive behaviour therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy, along with creative therapies, depending on your individual needs and wants.

A fan of roleplay video games (RPG) in her spare time, Hannah hopes you’ll connect with her to reveal your real life inner hero.

Hannah Jensen-Fielding is a University of Queensland graduate, holding a Master’s degree of Counselling.
