Nardine Nada was the schoolgirl classmates turned to when they needed to share a teenage confidence or worry: she was reliable, trusted, empathic and helpful.
With those qualities, it’s not surprising Nardine chose psychology as her profession.
Now a provisional psychologist with Therapy Pro in Melbourne, Nardine Nada is available to work with child, adolescent and adult clients who have emotional or behavioural challenges holding them back from living life well.
She’s able to carry out psychological assessments and implement individualised interventions to help address emotional regulations issues like depression, anxiety, frustration, anger and grief. She can develop positive behaviour support plans and support develop self-belief.
As an avid volunteer, Nardine has spent time with African and remote First Australian communities and says her biggest learning was “finding contentment in what we have here and now”.
Nardine Nada completed her graduate diploma in professional psychology at Monash University in 2021.
