Janelle is a registered psychologist who hails from Auckland, New Zealand. She has worked with participants of the NDIS scheme since 2020 through various methods, such as Telehealth, multi-disciplinary teams, individual in-home and community engagement, and with clients and their families. She has a special interest in working with support systems that maintain the wellbeing of a client outside of therapeutic intervention and draws her therapy approaches from collectivist and whole-person perspectives. Janelle is particularly interested in helping clients build resilience and develop practical coping strategies that can improve daily functioning. She is available to see clients under WorkCover, inclusive of those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and workplace stress. Janelle is familiar with the reporting and treatment planning requirements associated with workplace injury claims, and works collaboratively with clients, employers, and case managers to support psychological recovery and return-to-work goals.
