Get to know Jennifer H
As part of Therapy Pro’s Brisbane South team, Jen is available to work with child, adolescent and adult clients who face barriers to their inclusion, involvement and independence at home, school, work and in community.
Some ways Jen can help include counselling, parent coaching, support through life transitions, coordination of services and helping you overcome social isolation.
She also has a deep knowledge of available community and government resources and how to access them.
Jen has worked mostly in the child protection and advocacy space. For more than 25 years, Jen has helped clients put the pieces of life’s puzzle together in a way that meets their goals and makes a positive difference.
A social worker, Jen supports clients and their support networks to identify their inherent strengths and resilience. “I’m committed to being client and family-focused, developing strong connections as that’s fundamental to positive therapeutic outcomes. We problem-solve together. We take your goal and look at it from all angles.”
