Angela helps clients develop practical skills to manage anxiety, improve emotional regulation, build resilience and meet their goals. Angela is committed to walking alongside clients at their own pace, helping them feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their mental health journey.

Angela’s diverse background in psychology, paired with hands-on roles in youth support, education, and mental health services, informs her flexible, client-centred approach. Her training in both traditional and positive psychology enhances her ability to respond to clients’ challenges with empathy, evidence-based strategies, and a focus on building strengths. These varied experiences allow Angela to meet clients where they are emotionally, developmentally, and culturally ensuring each person feels respected, understood, and supported.
