He has experience working in private practice and school settings. He works primarily with children and adolescents with ASD, ADHD and intellectual disabilities. He has an interest in all things literacy and language. He also has experience working with children and adolescents who stutter.

Alex’s role works with other therapists, like psychologists, social workers, positive behaviour support practitioners and occupational therapists, to plan appropriate goals and provide therapy in face-to-face and telehealth environments.
As a child, Alex grew up in a family that always valued puns and wordplay. Alex grew up in regional Australia (the bush) and witnessed first hand the difficulties people had in accessing health services. He combined these experiences to pursue a degree in Speech Pathology at university. Alex is passionate about advocating for rural and remote communities and providing service with smile and a wry sense of humour.
