She undertakes a range of psychological assessments and tailors therapeutic interventions to suit your needs.
Helen can develop behavioural support plans and can also help you work through anxiety, depression, anger, and stress. She wants to work with you to achieve your specific therapist goals.
In her previous professional life, Helen supported staff through large and complex transformational organisational change.
Life circumstances have brought about change for her too and she’s learned secrets to adapting to – even embracing – change that she’s keen to share with Therapy Pro clients.
