Mythilie is a new graduate speech pathologist working with clients across all ages which includes supporting early childhood language and speech sound development, adolescent language and social skills with a special interest in adult acquired speech and language difficulties such as aphasia, dysarthria and progressive neurological conditions.

Get to know Mythilie E
Mythilie’s role works collaboratively with other therapists that may be a part of your care team, such as occupational therapists, psychologists and social workers to provide comprehensive holistic care with aligned goals.
Mythilie has worked in medical administration and as a volunteer in a children’s hospital in previous jobs. She quickly learned the importance of the multidisciplinary team in fostering holistic care to address the various factors associated in an individual’s experience of life including social, mental, physical, cultural and spiritual aspects.
Mythilie brings a warm and comforting presence with open communication with clients, parents or carers to create a safe space and discuss goals collaboratively. Across the lifespan, communication and swallowing needs impact an individual’s quality of life and sense of self greatly. Mythilie works with a client-centered, multidisciplinary and evidence-based approach to empower individuals in living their lives to their fullest.
