Improve Self-Care, Manage Stress and Compassion Fatigue, Avoid Burnout – for General Practitioners

A live online workshop about self-care, managing stress and compassion fatigue, and avoiding burnout.

Designed to increase the wellbeing of general practitioners in Australia, supporting them to help others in sustainable ways.

Facilitated by qualified and experienced allied health professionals, including psychologists and mental health social workers. Attendees will learn from subject matter experts to expand their knowledge around self-care, managing stress, avoiding compassion fatigue, and burnout.

Please note: we require a minimum of 8 attendees for this workshop to proceed and will contact ticket holders 7 days beforehand to confirm. Should minimum numbers not be reached, your ticket can be transferred to the next workshop date.

All tickets are non-refundable and transferrable.

**All our webinars will run on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and from the first weekend in October, this will revert to Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).**
