Sebastian is a provisional psychologist who works with clients across the lifespan and has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, and trauma. He draws on a range of evidence-based approaches – including CBT, ACT, neurodiversity affirming practice, and trauma-informed interventions – and tailors his work to each person’s cognitive profile and goals. are particularly interested in helping clients build resilience and develop practical coping strategies that can improve daily functioning. Sebastian is also available to see clients under WorkCover, inclusive of those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, and workplace stress. He is familiar with the reporting and treatment planning requirements associated with workplace injury claims, and works collaboratively with clients, employers, and case managers to support psychological recovery and return-to-work goals.
